August, 2012. A new study on local labor market is on its way. Based upon it’s result Eternal Spring Foundation, Swisscontact and INTECAP will develop a program of profesional training, focused on environmental and tourist issues.

A training program for organic gardeners will start August 27th in Las Mañanitas, 9km from Monte Rico. Pretending to create new jobs in maintenance of gardens for summerhouses and hotels.
